hello,
It's taken me a long time to get round to doing this but it's simply that I've jumped from one tthing to the other...well, let's not go boring the rest of the world with my jumpings...
What new events are happening in my life, well, for one I've changed job designations and no, "not jobs" like some of you are thinking, I'm still where i was a couple of months ago, but now I'm involved in more of what I would want to be doing in the media.
Hard work they say doesn't kill, but I guess the idea was to kill us all and then all the people hard work killed wouldn't be around to testify.
Did I tell you I finally finished the basic journalism course at FRCN, I was shocked too, well, no I wasn't shocked, but I heaved a big sigh of relief and the project work was also submitted, phew, thank God.
Now, I'm on another leg in my budding media career and like Celine Dion said, I hope and believe the New Year will be a good one without any fear.
I wish you all the same and for those of you who'll be having holidays -- have a fantastic holiday.
And oh, how could I have forgotten, my darling buddy, Ada is around in the country for a pre-christmas visit, cos she can't be around during the christmas hols. She's a tourism exec and that's their busiest period, so she's off by the end of the week. It's cool to have her around anyway.
Will keep you posted about my exciting only God-knows if existent end of year holidays.
Bon Fete....

Journalist in training OH!!!http://www.journalism.com
Well, it's a while but I'm glad to be here. A very busy time it is for me right now, what with trying to become a polished journalist so my living father and my dear mom wouldn't be ashamed of me.
Past month has been spent in the compound of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria Training School, Ikeja studying basic journalism and chia, I haven't had this much fun in a while.
My classmates rock and believe me, sometimes I wonder why it took me so long to have the courage to take the course.
Everyday, I see how much we as Nigerian journalists, speakers and writers of the English language have bastardized both the sentence structure and the pronunciation of words and I'm like chineke God, oyinbo man suppose don beat us tire.
It is now I understand the reason for all those long one-kind essays we have to write for admission to Masters Programmes in Oyinboland.
We have done but one thing to the English language, we killed it and put it in our ewedu and vegetable stew. But there is yet redemption, at least I can tell from the sheer number of candidates at the Training School.
Life at the training school is another matter oh, if you think the life of lectures under the tree and reservation of seats for lectures is over for you, then surely that cannot be the place for you, but for knowledge thirsty and greedy dudes like me, we simply accept and imbibe the rich knowledge and display of expertise in the environment.
Alas, who am I to complain, afterall, before I waka go there, I no sabi how to write news story, but now, bring am on and see whether I no go shame Channels News Team, but I never learn yet how to blow grammer like my Silverbird's Adaure. na small small these things dey come.
For now, I just dey soak, when I don full, I go vomit am and abeg make una clear road for me oh, bcos I dey come.
My dear, abeg school work plenty make I go do assignment, na pikin wey go look for work, na him go see work, na my condition right now.
I just put one link there for all una wey want more info on journalism job globally.

It's good to be back on sha.

This blog thing na wa oh
Hmmmmm, this blogging something, na real wa, I have just being reading another person's blog site and na wa, it's really funny.
Anyway, on to another matter oh, we nigerians must be thankful for God's mercies oh.
There I was groggy and whoozy headed from all the injections and tablets, my sister doctor had passed into my system, when I heard my houseguest who had become my brother saying to my sister, that his dad's flat had burnt.......
In my sleep induced state, I felt it couldn't be that bad, but lo and behold on finding out the facts later it was as bad as it could get oh, everything gone.
Why have I decided to depress ya all this night?
Not at all my people, Nigeria hear, we need to be thankful to the Lord God Almighty who wakes us up each day and keeps us oh.
Imagine if those people were asleep and the news we had gotten was different.
Lesson: Let's be thankful oh in these trying times and days.

Here we go!!!
Well, here we go, this is my first time on this thingy and I bet it's going to be loads of fun.
Not too sure how it works yet, but I do know it says I get the opportunity to talk to loads of people and I'm most certainly down for that.
On above and beyond, the idea is to inspire people to be th best they can be, in whatever way possible, and that means mentally, physically and mayhaps psychologically too.
Anyways here's to loads of blogger fun.
Loads of love,
